@JTWISEGUY I just bought the DJI mini 2, but im so disappointed that it doesn’t have the vertical pano mode. Is there a way to still get vertical photos for instagram? Please let me know!!
@Cam Barnard yeah man, just take a photo with the camera pointing down some, then raise it up a little bit, and then a third photo with the horizon visible and then select all three in Lightroom and create vertical panoramic that way. It’s the manual way but it’s basically what the DJI app does

@Cam Barnard Lightroom should take care of it. Select the perspective option in the panorama menu in Lightroom
Ya switching to 4:3 pic mode on mavic air 2 causes extreme lag video tearing glitching and pixelation that carries over to video mode causing your display to be completely ruined. my mavic air 2 has disconnected 6 times allready from the controller in mid flight because of this. At first i thought i had a broken drone but soon as i switched it back to 16:9 photoes it fixed the problem. This is a glitch that happened from a firmware upgrade for some reason the 4:3 mode really taxes either the drone or my phone and makes the video feed and transmission extremely unreliable. But filming in 2.7 or 4k is no problem only if i didnt switch to photo mode in 4:3 first its bizzare and needs to be fixed lol.
Sounds like something that needs to be taken up wit DJI 👎🏼 hope you get it figured out man!
What dji app are you using? My app doesn’t have the portrait option. I have a dji mavic air 2 btw
It should just be the DJI Go 4 app…I would update if you haven’t recently, it should have it. Unless the air 2 doesn’t have that feature which I don’t see why it wouldn’t
