Great tutorial! You are such an incredible talent, thank you for sharing your gift of photography. I have purchased all of your courses and they have made such a tremendous impact on my own photography.
Merci thanks so much Kelley!
Excellent video with some great tips. Thanks.
Serge you are magical, fantastic. I really learn a lot with your technical and tricks, thanks a lot for your time and perfect job.
wow tks !
Nice video Serge .
You can make the sky linear gradient easier.
Just draw linear gradiend and simply intersect with -> sky. The End.
Same with the 2nd radial on the sky…no need to substract with brush which is difficult to get 100% right.
Just radial -> intersect with sky.
Not sure what your meanm, can you elaborate?
@Serge Ramelli Photography Click ALT!
@Serge Ramelli Photography you want to create a gradient (linear or radial) that only affects part of the sky but not the rest of the image (buildings etc).
Instead of using the 2 methods you used on your video you can simply create a mask with the gradient and add your settings in that (this step is the same with what you do) …and then simply from the options next to the map choose “intersect with” and then choose “sky”.
Your settings will automatically apply to this section of your gradient that is also part of the sky!
Job done with just one click. And no need to use brushes… 😉
@XXX4 To make it even clearer:
“Your settings will automatically AND ONLY apply to this section of your gradient that is also part of the sky! ”
I was actually surprised that the Intersect function was not used by Serge. It has been there for quite some time and is incredibly powerful.
As always your video is just unbelievable. You are a genius and you have such great energy, I love it.
You are more American than French with your energy….
As I am French I know the difference.
BRAVO 😂😂😂
tu es trop gentille !
Love your enthusiasm to teach , one of the best videos on the techniques.
Thanks, that was great 🙂
Wow, You got some more personal style now, and that is even more inspiring, thank You for that.
you are welcome
Great video Serge! Iceland was such a treat!
I know muichel it was fun being with you!
Nice video. How long would it take to learn the basics of Lightroom? Thanks in advance.
I think it takes pratice you should watch the free courses I did and get my lightroom for free link under the video you get it once you put in your email
Serge I’ve watched the presentation for your raw files and I have to tell you a little “secret”. I am from Tuscany; Isola d’Elba to be exact. I felt like being home! Thank you Serge!!!

@Serge Ramelli Photography I bet. I just bought the bundle and sent an email to support. Thank you Serge!

tks so much!
Salut Serge!,
Superbe vidéo as usual! C’est grâce à vous que j’ai appris la photo et LR il y’a plusieurs années de ça.. et je continue encore et encore à me régaler de vos tutos!
Un grand merci pour la transmission de votre passion et de vos connaissances!
I loved the video. The singing??? (keep the day job). It was helpful to see an Urban image along with a Nature image. Did you know if you hold the shift key the linear gradient stays horizontal?
I did, so u think i got not shot at a singer well i will keep photography then 🙂
I finally understood what dodging and burning is and how to do it. Thank you!
Hapoy Incould help!
Fabulous tutorial! Please do more.
Thank you — I enjoyed your video
