Printing photos for me is like a next step of your photography. You’re not just taking the photos, you are saving them and when you will look at them after a years – you will be warmly surprised by the vibe you got with those photos.
I really recomend you all to try to print your photos with different variations of paper and format. matt, glossy, semi gloss, 1:1 ratio or 16:9 or 3:4.
Try this out! That’s an amazing experience :>
Thank you so much for your tips and advice. You’ve been a big inspiration in my photography journey!!
Fabulous Pierre ❤👏👏👏👏
Amazing video and so inspirational! If you decide to sell it, I’ll be first to buy!❤🔥
Thank you!
Whenever I see meaningless clickbait title (preferably with “THIS” word) I open the video, hit dislike button and leave without watching.
Thanks for still being here! I hope the video was interesting to you. It seems that it still triggers YouTube to share it more than other videos, so what should one do?
Thanks for posting a very informative video.
I’ve done 2 photo books now (working on a third). I’m learning that it’s easier to make a book about a single event or story.
The current is the second of two books that I call ‘The second five’ which records the second five years of my daughter’s life. It’s obviously part two to ‘The first five’. I try to focus on what I believe are her core memories. There’s no single story because our lives are an amalgamation of many stories. So there are sections of the book which are dedicated to separate stories. This sometimes requires transitions harder than I’d have liked. Given limited space (46 pages in my case), it’s difficult to sacrifice valuable space for a ‘detail shot’.
There are many pages wherein it’s a mix of color and black and white because that photo in particular is a story all its own and the feel of the moment is better conveyed in B&W. Some are better conveyed in color, imo.
Oh beautiful project! Thank you for sharing. Good point about the colors and B&w and details!
This is excellent content Pierre! Great tips about creating a book
Thanks so much!
Je pars en solo pour Noel à Londres, tu m’as donné envie d’en faire un book ! Meme si j’ai pas l’habitude de prendre les gens dans la rue en photo Je me dis que l’ambiance de Noel pourrait aider ! Merci pour les tips Pierre Have a good day 🙂
Top! Oui super idée 🙂 profites bien de London!
This is one of the few video that is actually useful and not a rule of thirds and leading lines video. I’ve been here since 2018 every single day virtually. Went from beginner to shooting wedding and corporate hons and having an entire team.
I feel stuck after some setbacks. I’ll take. Time and put these into practice
